Refund policy

Eligibility
  To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  - In the exact same condition as received
  - Completely unused and unopened
  - With all original tags attached
  - In its original, undamaged packaging
  - Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

  Failure to meet any of these conditions will result in an automatic rejection of your return request.

  How to Start a Return
  To request a return, contact us at akrem.alamine@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item.

  We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

  ⚠️  Items sent back without prior approval will be refused and returned at the sender's expense.
  ⚠️  Return shipping costs are fully the customer's responsibility.
  ⚠️  We do not provide return shipping labels.

  Damages & Issues
  You must inspect your order immediately upon reception. Any damage, defect, or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of
  delivery with photographic evidence. Claims made after 48 hours will not be considered.

  Non-Returnable Items
  The following items are strictly non-returnable regardless of circumstances:
  - Any item showing signs of use, wear, or tampering
  - Items returned without original packaging or tags
  - Perishable goods
  - Custom or personalized products
  - Personal care and beauty products
  - Hazardous materials or flammable products
  - Sale or discounted items
  - Gift cards
  - Items returned after the 14-day window

  Exchanges
  We do not offer exchanges of any kind. All sales are final once the 14-day return window has expired.

  European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
  As required by EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery. This
  is the only return entitlement we recognize. Beyond this statutory right, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  Refunds
  Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of our decision. We reserve the right to reject any
  return that does not fully meet our eligibility conditions.

  If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. We are not responsible for any
  additional delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
