  At TechStellar, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy

  ORDER PROCESSING
  All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be
  processed on the next available business day.

  You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation email with
  your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

  ⚠️  Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they have been processed and dispatched.

  Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum threshold.

  ORDER TRACKING
  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your
  package in real time.

  Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated after you receive your shipping confirmation.

  CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
  TechStellar ships internationally. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in your
   country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  TechStellar is not responsible for:
  - Customs delays
  - Import duties or taxes
  - Refused shipments due to customs issues

  We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order.

  SHIPPING DELAYS
  While we always aim to meet our estimated delivery times, the following may cause delays beyond our control:
  - Customs and border inspections
  - Natural disasters or extreme weather
  - Public holidays in the country of origin or destination
  - Carrier backlogs or strikes
  - Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  TechStellar will not be held liable for any losses or inconveniences caused by shipping delays.

  INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
  Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. TechStellar is not responsible for orders delivered to an
  incorrect address provided by the customer.

  If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at akrem.alamine@gmail.com. We will do our best to make
  corrections, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

  LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
  If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building reception
  2. Check all delivery access points on your property
  3. Wait 2 additional business days (carrier delays can occur)
  4. Contact us at akrem.alamine@gmail.com if the package is still missing

  TechStellar is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 7
  days of the marked delivery date.

  DAMAGED PACKAGES
  If your order arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and the item immediately
  2. Contact us at akrem.alamine@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Include your order number and photos in your email

  We will review your case and work to find the best resolution.

  MULTIPLE ITEMS
  If you order multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages and arrive at different times depending on product availability
   and warehouse location. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
